SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

IMPORTANT : LOOLAKOOLA supports several languages for the convenience of international customers. Policies in languages other than Korean and English were translated through Google Translate and are for reference only. Only the policies in Korean and English have legal effect.

 

 

DELIVERY

All orders are shipped from Seoul, South Korea.

All orders are normally shipped within 2-3 business days via EMS with insurance, and trackable online. In case of unexpected delay in processing an order, LOOLAKOOLA will notify the customer by email.

LOOLAKOOLA is not responsible for any damage, delay, loss or theft in delivery caused by any circumstances beyond the control of LOOLAKOOLA.

From the moment of dispatch, the package is insured by EMS against damage, loss and theft. If customer receives damaged or broken package, the customer must not open the package and report immediately the situation to the local courier and also to support@loolakoola.com for support.

Once an order is shipped, changing the delivery address will no longer be possible. Please make sure to fill out the correct address when checking out. LOOLAKOOLA is not responsible for any problems in delivery caused by wrong or incomplete shipping information submitted by the customer.

LOOLAKOOLA charges shipping fee for every order. Shipping fee will vary based on ordered items and destination country. For an order of multiple items, shipping fee will be charged only for one item which takes the highest shipping rate among the ordered items. Customer can check the exact shipping fee at checkout.

 

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES

Customs duties and taxes are not included in the product price. The responsibility for clearing all the customs process is solely on the customer.

All deliveries are accompanied with an official invoice with the original price of each item in USD. Discounted item reflects the discounted price.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

LOOLAKOOLA accepts returns and refunds only for defective item.

If a customer receives a defective item, the customer can request a return. To request a return, contact support@loolakoola.com with the order number and photographs and detailed description of the defect within 7 days from the delivery. LOOLAKOOLA will review the request and reply with the return instructions. Return must be shipped after the return approval. Return which is shipped without or before the return approval will be declined.

Customer has to ship the return within 7 days from the return approval and inform the shipping information to support@loolakoola.com. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unwashed with all the tags attached in the original packaging.

Customer is responsible for making the return shipment and paying the return shipping cost. LOOLAKOOLA does not accept Collect on Delivery. The responsibility for any damage, loss or theft of the returned package is solely on the customer.

The refund will be processed after the returned package passes the inspection. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days from the inspection. For the return that does not follow the LOOLAKOOLA return policy, the refund will be declined.

For the order which was paid in the local currency not USD, the refund will be processed with the exchange rate of the current day. Due to exchange rate fluctuation, the refunded amount may differ from the paid amount.

LOOLAKOOLA does not accept returns and refunds for the following cases.

  • Choosing the wrong size or simple change of mind
  • Used or washed items
  • Item that has been deteriorated or decreased in value by the customer.
  • Return that was shipped after 7 days from the return approval.

 

EXCHANGE

LOOLAKOOLA does not accept exchanges for international order for any reason.

LOOLAKOOLA does not accept size exchange. Please check the size carefully before placing orders.

DELIVERY

(The following Shipping Policy is applicable only to shipping within South Korea.)

 

All orders are shipped via Logen Logistics.

LOOLAKOOLA offers free shipping for orders of $100 USD or more. (Islands and mountainous areas may be charged additional shipping fee.)

For orders below $100 USD, shipping fee will be charged as $3 USD. (Islands and mountainous areas may be charged additional shipping fee.)

If customer has opted for free shipping, the customer has to bear the initial shipping costs in the event of a return.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

(The following Refund Policy is applicable only to shipping within South Korea.)

 

LOOLAKOOLA Refund Policy complies with 「Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce」.

Customers have the right to withdraw customers’ order within 7 days from the date of receiving the product. The product must be returned to the designated return address within 7 days from the date of receipt.

However, discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please make a careful decision before making the purchase.

In case of a refund due to a simple change of mind, customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs or any applicable free shipping costs, as well as the card cancellation fees incurred.

If there is an issue with the delivered product, please attach a photo immediately upon confirmation and contact customer service at support@loolakoola.com.

 

Non-refundable reasons include:

Damaged product due to customer's fault.

Decrease in product value due to customer's use or washing.

Exceeding the allowable return period.

 

Refunds will be processed within 1-3 business days, and for credit card and electronic payment, please inquire with the respective card company or payment service provider for the exact completion date of the refund.
